Duties The Supervisory Board’s duties include ensuring that the company’s affairs are managed in compliance with sound business principles, with good profitability as the aim, and in accordance with the Articles of Association and the decisions of the Annual General Meeting. The Supervisory Board advises the Board of Directors on matters of wide-ranging or fundamental significance, reviews the financial and annual plans, and submits an opinion on the financial statements and the auditors’ report to the Annual General Meeting. The Supervisory Board also makes decisions regarding substantial reductions or expansions in the company’s operations or significant changes to its organization.
