VR employees enjoy their work

VR measures personnel satisfaction with a Group-wide questionnaire. The most recent survey was conducted in 2006.

The survey indicated that personnel enjoy their work and have confidence in their expertise. VR’s challenge is to enhance the results-orientation of work and improve employee empowerment. The next personnel satisfaction survey will be conducted at the beginning of 2010.

VR conducted a wellbeing survey in spring 2008. The results indicate that VR handles occupational health and safety issues well, but there is room for improvement in supervisory work and in the way difficult matters are addressed.
