Safety is the most important value for VR. VR’s task is to ensure that passengers and freight arrive safely at their destination. The Group aims to minimize safety risks at work places. VR’s traffic safety has been at a high level for several years. In 2008 higher priority was placed on improving occupational safety and on accident prevention.
