Changes in VR Transpoint Management

VR Group and Senior Vice President Erik Söderholm, the head of VR Transpoint, have agreed on the termination of Söderholm's employment relationship.

Söderholm's employment relationship continues for six months but the obligation to work ends immediately. VR Transpoint is managed in the interim period by VR Group's Senior Vice President, Corporate Development Rolf Jansson.

Further, the employment relationship of Kari Voutilainen, the Managing Director of international lorry transports operator Transpoint International, ends in VR Group. The company is managed in the interim period by Rolf Jansson. VR Group is a versatile, environmentally friendly and responsible travel, logistics and infrastructure construction service company. VR Group provides employment for 12 000 professionals in Finland and ten European countries.
