Standard & Poor's has assigned an issue credit rating of “A+” to the green bond issued by VR Group

VR-Group Plc (VR Group) announced its decision to issue an unsecured green bond of EUR 300 million on 20 May 2022. The green bond will mature on 30 May 2029 and carries a fixed coupon at the rate of 2.375 per cent per annum.

Standard & Poor’s Credit Market Services Europe Limited has on 23 May 2022 assigned an issue credit rating of A+ on the green bond issued by VR Group.
