VR appoints Melisa Bärholm as SVP of People and Culture

Melisa Bärholm has long and extensive experience in human resources management in change and high-growth companies. Bärholm joins VR from Lujatalo Oy where she held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer. Bärholm started her career at Nokia and has also held the position of Human Resources Director at Tikkurila, Rovio, Suunto and Posti.
Laura Ansaharju, former SVP of People and Culture moves on to new challenges outside the company.
