Structure

  • Image and icon text alternatives are not always descriptive for screen reader users. (WCAG 1.1.1)
  • Table header cells are not programmatically marked, making tables difficult to understand with a screen reader. (WCAG 1.3.1)
  • Some lists are not programmatically marked as lists, making them difficult to comprehend with a screen reader. (WCAG 1.3.1)

Navigation

  • It is not always clear if links will open attachments or lead outside the website. (WCAG 2.4.4)
  • Not all pages have unique titles. (WCAG 2.4.2)

Videos

  • The audio track of videos does not always convey all essential content, such as text presented on the video. (WCAG 1.2.3)
